cannot connected right now . When I m tried to connect to the internet , the connection was failed. . I m little bit panic. Why that happened in when I’m in a good mood for writing.

Small gradually improvement

In Japanese management Philosophy that’s one known as Kaizen which is mean a small improvement that people do, but in gradually intensity (Kontinyu). Improvement that’s no need to always do in a big scale ( perbaikan tidak selalu dilakukan dalam skala besar, tapi dilakukan dalam skala kecil setiap hari) .
This management philosophy was adapted by other company in the world, with other language but same spirit. I’ve heard about A A gym , one of the most famous Muslim Speaker said about How to doing improvement :
1. Start from Ur self
2. Doing a small thing
3. Start now
I thougt those was a different language of the kaizen , or those was Indonesian kaizen.
What A A Gym told to us , was not ( tidak asing ditelinga kita, tapi tidak diberi pemaknaan baru –rethingking – untuk diterapkan dalam bidang manajemen).
I thought this is an open door to another way to find more management concept that’s suit to our culture.
I d like to say one concept of people management in Bali , in my culture. Bali known as an island where the people doing many ceremony in their dayly life. Is there any management philosophy that can applied in the company

When it become industry the issue become so sensitive to the bussniess sustainability. Imagine this, there is only in America or europe ( most of wealth country) That people eat meat so much for barbeque , sausage, and etc. what Id like to tell is the demand of meat are so big, so the bussniess of meat became profitable and the busniseess can grow . We see now in that country meat were allredy became an industry.
The consequence of become industry , meat not just meat that people eat but also about people life that work in the indusry the labour. When meat facing the issue about obesity. which is read meat make our body fat.
