The key of to be success in work is to have passion with what you do , big enthusiasm and if you can love it. I have many stories that people became success in finance because they love their job and because they love it , they became happier than another person that not too. People that love a plant will be success if they work in agro industry or selling a plant.

I thought we should objective to have an eye to our life. Actually when comparing to other country, other personal life, why this happen in my life. Do they happy , or do we also have a same happiness .
When I write this, I be memorize with the condition of my worker. Did I give them enough salary for their life? I felt that I didn’t give them enough. If you have a son that study in college . That living in the boarding house (rumah kos-kosan) that is not enough.
This is my concern now.
Why I have a big passion , a big enthusiasm with my workshop. To doing something new, doing something different. No repetitions .
I feel that to many job that I should do by my self. But this is the consequences, but I also have enough time to doing much thing. I can try to many ways to do that and not so long I will found the most practice and effective.

i'd like to share my experience this day. Take easy with the problem
nothing happen , the problem were not become worse or better. Just try maximum tio fix
the problem.
Those were two order of water door in my shop. Allready finish at saturday, but at the end of
the work time there is some problem. The leave door cannot close smoothly. Because there is
any friction. So we should finish it at monday, and we allready promise to the costumer
the door can be pick up at 12 o clock in the afternoon.
And now we allready finish it.
